Replacement - Product Change


You have the right to return the product you received, Except Underwear and Swimwear, for reasons of hygiene NO CHANGES & RETURNS, within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the order and request its replacement.

The return of the products in order to replace them, is not an act of withdrawal on your part.

By product change, we mean the replacement of the product with any product of your choice that is inside our online store.

We do not accept changes or returns of products that have been used or generally have their original condition altered.

We do not accept changes of underwear and swimwear, in any case, for reasons of hygiene.

We do not provide service, processing, or product conversion.

For purchases over € 50.00, the first change is free.

If, for your order, the possibility of the first free change is given, the first change is not charged with shipping costs, as long as you use the transport company that we will suggest to you.

If you need to make a second change then the return costs will be borne by you.

Changes beyond the first, or for purchases under € 50.00, are charged with shipping costs + € 5.00 (+ cash on delivery € 2.00, where required).

  1. To return one or more products you must contact the courier company that delivered the parcel stating that it is a return to, in order to receive the parcel to be returned and the process to be launched.
  2. Then place the item in its packaging with the barcode (if any) and its card, the order receipt and fill in the form that you will find in the bag to indicate what change you want to make (eg change in number in color or if you want a refund) and deliver the parcel to the courier.
  3. Once we receive the package, the availability of the products you want to change is checked. If the product is available, we will make the change and return it to you.

In case one of the products is not available we will contact you to discuss the replacement of your order.

In case of change of proven defective products, they are exchanged for different products or money.

In case the change is made, by agreement, with a more expensive product, you pay the difference and the new cash on delivery cost of € 2.00. Of course you can avoid cash on delivery by depositing the difference in the bank.

In case of change, proven defective products, shipping costs will be borne by us.

In case the product to be changed,

a) does not prove to be defective,

(b) it has been established that it has been used;

is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by him.

Each order is accompanied by a product change form.

In case of change, the products should be in their packaging in intact condition and should be accompanied by:

a) From the purchase document.

b) From the corresponding change form, completed.

Any change or return, not accompanied by the corresponding change form and purchase document, will not be accepted.

The replacement of the products takes place if the product to be replaced is returned to our Company in the same good condition that you originally received it.

We do not replace products that have dirt, damage, alterations, injuries or are not accompanied by all the documents you received from us.
